Just upgraded to Ubuntu and the rocketfish sound card is detected as "CA SoundBlaster", but whenever audio is played on the system, only white noise is played through the speakers. For use with Linux, I only have two complaints about this card: 1. It isn't really an SB Live(it uses the ca Alsa driver,) and doesn't support hardware. Please note that all the ALSA ISA drivers support the Linux isapnp API (if the card Module for Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi boards (20k1 / 20k2 chips).
